These folks are amazing!  When we first contacted them back in July, we had been turned down by a local bank and did not think we would be able to capitalize on these great bargains in the real estate market.  Not only were they able to approve our loan, but they found us a great real estate agent who made the whole experience even better by negotiating a great price for us with the seller paying all of our closing costs!  Gary and I would recommend this company to anyone buying a home.  Thanks again Steve and Carl.
